Attention High Performing Leader in Transiton!

I hear you!

You are invested in being a great leader. After all, taking pride in the quality of what you do is important to you. You have picked up many titles throughout your life... student, problem solver, supervisor, manager, parent, friend, and more.

What do you do when you are transitioning into a new phase and all the tools you had used to solve problems don't work anymore?
If you haven't  had this experience yet don't worry - you will.

Who supports you as a thought partner if everyone you know uses those same tools that don't work anymore?

The stakes are as high as ever as you build out your new team, your new project, or a completly new venture. You need to take action now to navigate through.

 I hear leaders say they:

  • are the person that gets "stuff" done.
  • don't know anyone else in the same position.
  • aren't always understood by their peers.
  • are restless, overwhelmed, stressed, and frustrated.
  • future focused but sometimes can't seem to get ahead.
  • are either exceeding expectations or a disappointment - no middle ground.
  • want more time.
  • don't recognize themselves.
  • feel like they have to become something new.

You have a mission and your people are looking to you to see it through.

You could... continue to work through figuring out everything yourself; get more knowledge or reach out to mentors but ultimately you need to start.

So you start the work hoping along the way that something sticks, nothing breaks, and you don't lose critical relationships along the way.

Challenges can cost us greatly in time and resources not just in business but in our personal lives too.

Most importantly is the cost when you ecosystem or environment is not forgiving of many failures - then the pressure is really on.

It's important to know we as people all fail as part of the learning process. The only difference between you and the successful looking person is that they have the resources personally and professionally to bounce back after failure.

Working at my job had become stressful and physically difficult. I was not sleeping well, worrying about my job, and literally feeling the pain. Once I began my sessions I was surprised to discover that I had all of these dreams and ideas came out. I just needed someone to help me bring it out. I started this journey looking to see what else I could possibly do with my life to feel less stress. Now I know I have the all I need within me to move forward and make myself proud. As a result, I am going back to school to get a degree. I want nothing more then to hear my children say "I'm so proud of you mom".
Big smile!

I am no stranger to doing the work. There was a time I felt drained, like there was never enough time in the day. Now I have practices in place to do the heavy lifting for me. As a result I thrive in business, I am fully present with my family, and I love the life I lead.
